System description

The following shows an example of the structure of a climate monitoring system. The detectors are, for example, placed behind a painting or in a display case. They transmit a wireless signal to Piccolo® Air, which sends climate data to Profort’s server via a mobile data connection on the internet. Data can then be retrieved and displayed on a PC, a laptop or a smartphone.

For smaller installations, you will typically use a Piccolo® Air or Piccolo Light®. For larger installations, you will typically use a Piccolo® Light with one or more external receivers (max. 6 units).

Piccolo® Air or Piccolo® Light for the smaller installation
Piccolo® Light with external receivers for the larger installation
A built-in receiver with up to 60/126 detectors
Up to 6 receivers with up to 126 detectors

The videos below show examples of installations using Piccolo® Climate Monitoring
